AppARTement Kunstwerk:
Dear guests, we have carefully selected all furniture, pictures, plastics, lamps, and all equipment.
We hope, you will feel well in our apartment.
Registration requirement:
In St. Michael, there is an obligatory registration requirement. Local tax and Tourist tax per person ( from 15 years old) are to be paid. The registration should be done personally on the day of arrival or during the stay by the representative of the owner.
Baby set:
If you wish, we will provide you with a baby set upon your request, free of charge.

Payment:
The payment is usually done via our booking partner before the arrival.
Check-in:
16.00 until 24.00
Early check-in is possible only upon telephone agreement and depends on availability. Later, when self-check-in is possible, we will provide you with the information, where you can find the keys and send you the code for the key safe.
Check-out:
Please till 10.00 Uhr – late check-out is possible only upon agreement and depends on availability. Late check-out until the afternoon, with the option to use a bath, is charged 50% of the standard price.
Liability:
Dear guests, our apartment is equipped with many original works of art!
Please understand that, after your departure, we will check all the items. For missing or broken objects, you will be immediately charged!
We start it without requiring a deposit, and we trust in your being careful and honest. Thank you!
House animals:
Despite the fact, that we are dog and cat fans, animals are allowed in our apartment upon arrangement! Pets are not allowed in bed or on the couch. We charge 5 euros per night and an additional 20 euros for cleaning.
Internet:
Wi-Fi is free of charge, and you will find “Kunstwerk Apartment 2,4“ network. You will find the password in the apartment.
Local contributions:
Our local contributions, totaling €160, cover the following costs: final cleaning, laundry, and basic home maintenance.
Waste:
Please help us with waste separation. You will find in the kitchen next to the fridge our waste separation rules—they are on the wall!
Please do not put the full sacks on the street!! Thank you!
Parking:
In front of the apartment, you can park for an hour free of charge. But since it's a short park zone, you have to move your car after 1 hour to avoid a fine. If you look from the terrace down, you can see the camping place and the football playground. Please drive there; this is a free parking place, and it is just 100 m.
Smoking:
It is not a smoking apartment! If you break this rule, one more night will be charged!
You can smoke on the terrace. You will find ashtrays on the table.
Rest periods:
As consideration of other residents of the house, please respect the rest periods between 22.00 to 7.00a.m.! Thank you.
Change of linen:
We are happy to change your laundry on request for an extra charge (please call):
Towels (1 big, 1 small): per set €7,-
Bed linen (sheets, blankets, pillows): per set: €13,-
Linen change baby cot: free of charge (the diapers don't always keep their promises 😉)
Before changing, please think about our environment and whether it is urgently necessary.
If your stay is longer than 10 days, there is one change of laundry for free.
