Facilities
During our travels, we often missed something in the furnishings of the rented accommodations. We have tried to spare you this experience.
3 bedrooms
In each bedroom, you will find a double bed, a wardrobe, a chair, and a coat rack, and on the wall there is a thermostat for individual temperature adjustment. You will, of course, receive clean bed linen and a bath towel + hand towel per person. Each bed has a charger with USB-A and USB-C sockets.
2 bathrooms
In both bathrooms, you will find a sink, a shower, and a toilet. The washing machine is in the small bathroom. There is a hot water boiler in the larger bathroom — you can set a higher temperature for hot water if necessary.
Anteroom
In the anteroom, there is a coat rack, a ski rack, and a ski boot dryer. There is also a vacuum cleaner, broom, and snow shovel (in winter).
Kitchen
The dishes in the kitchen should be enough for up to 12 people (we rent them for 6). There are enough plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses of all kinds, pottery, frying pans, baking trays, etc.

There is a counter around the cooking area with four bar stools.
Dining area
A large dining table with 6 chairs. With additional chairs from the rooms, several people can sit at the table. Alternatively, you can use a bench that stands against the wall.
Living room
In the spacious living room, you will find two comfortable sofas, which are also suitable for sleeping. A flat-screen smart TV is also included. There are over 100 programs on offer (in addition to Austrian and German programs, there are also Polish, Hungarian, Czech, Slovakian, and many other programs). If you use your login details for Netflix or other streaming services, don't forget to log out before you leave.
There is a radio/CD player/Internet radio receiver underneath the TV, which can also play music from your devices via Bluetooth.
There is a weather station to the left of the TV. On the right is a charger with cable (lightning for iPhone, USB-C and Micro-USB).
Under the TV in the dresser are some books, playing cards, board games, chess...

By the counter, there is a chest of drawers with leaflets—everything about Lungau and activities in the area. You can help yourself and take what you find interesting.
In a small closet near the bathroom, there is a baby bed with bed linen, iron, blankets, etc.
There are pictures on the walls in every room.
